Megan C. Grant
Megan is a grandaughter of the late Founder, Glenn J. Reid and daughter of Sheri Reid Grant, the President of the Foundation. Megan recently graduated from Michigan State Univeristy. She currently is the Event/Sponsorship Assistant Coordinator for the Mecklenburg County Bar Foundation located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nathan T. Grant
Nathan is a grandson of the late Founder, Glenn J. Reid and son of Sheri Reid Grant, the President of the Foundation. Nathan is currently a Junior at Central Michigan University where his focus of study is in Political Science and Music. Nathan's plan is to attend law school upon graduating from CMU.
Sheri joined The Reid Family Foundation in 2004 as the Executive Director and Trustee. Upon the passing of her father, Glenn J. Reid, the foundation founder in 2013, she has taken on the role as President/Trustee.
Dr. Klontz has been referred to by many as "The People Whisperer". He is an author of 6 books, a published researcher, professional speaker, trainer, workshop designer and facilitator. He has 45 years of counseling and coaching experience globally.
Kim is our Program Manager at the Reid Family Foundation. She is responsible for managing all the logistics of the foundations workshops. As the liaison for the foundation, her interpersonal and organizational skills are an added resource.
Joel has a passions for international travel and has partnered with The Reid Family Foundation on several photophilanthropy projects. One in India with Vision Spring, a non-profit that provided eye-glasses to local natives.
Mark brings a unique blend of experience and a creative edge to his work. He has worked with The Reid Family Foundation on many local projects. Mark believes "A picture is who you look like. A portrait is who you are".
Lynn is an LLP with a private practice in Lake Orion, Michigan and also works at the Nationally acclaimed Onsite Workshops in TN. Her focus is on experiential therapy which can incorporate music, art, metaphors and psychodrama as learning tools.
Guss is a Lakota artist and Cultural Expert from South Dakota's Pine Ridge Reservation. He has worked with the Reid Family Foundation in sharing the importance of passing on tradition through language and music.
Tim is a rare speaker who can open himself up with incredible candor that makes each event special. His 25 years of work has lead people to insights that helped them live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
Mary is our bookkeeper at the Reid Family Foundation and maintains the internal budget and expenses. She also manages the finances surrounding grant giving as well as donations accepted by the foundation.
